We at Yellow Co. don’t see work as a career. We believe work is how we find and build meaning in the world. Work is how we connect to each other, build community and make an impact for good.

As women, we have a unique ability to use our gifts, skills and talents to nurture and bring forth the good that exists in the world. But there’s a problem… far too often we find ourselves stretched too thin, disconnected from who we are created to be and others, in an echo chamber with our own thoughts. Can you relate?? Meaningful work shouldn’t, and frankly, can’t be done alone.
